What is the duration of a "1-day" rental at your company?
A "1-day" rental is equivalent to any period within 24 hours from the time you pick up your equipment. For instance, if you pick up your rental at 10:00 AM on a Tuesday, it should be returned by 10:00 AM the following day (Wednesday) to be considered a 1-day rental.
What happens if I keep the equipment for more than 24 hours?
If you exceed the initial 24-hour rental period, it will be considered a "2-day" rental. For example, if you pick up your equipment at 10:00 AM on a Tuesday and return it at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, it will be counted as a 2-day rental.
How are rental days calculated for partial days?
We calculate rental days in 24-hour increments. If you pick up equipment at any time within a day, that day is counted as one rental day. If you return it the following day during the same hour as pickup, it's also considered one rental day.
How does delivery work?
We offer free delivery on all orders within Calgary. Simply select your pickup and drop off date and time and we will have your order delivered to you before your selected pick up time.

Note: We offer a return pickup service for a $30 Fee. If you would like us to pickup your equipment within Calgary, please add-on in the cart page before checkout.
Where do I pick up my equipment?
Our pickup location is 210 15 Ave SE Calgary, AB T2G 0B5

Note: This is our office location and is not open for retail. All Pick up orders will be met outside of our office building.
How can I rent camping equipment from your company?
Renting camping equipment from us is easy! Simply visit our website or give us a call to check equipment availability. You can then select the gear you need, choose the rental period, and make a reservation.
What types of camping equipment do you offer for rent?
We offer a wide range of camping equipment, including tents, sleeping bags, gas firepits, camping stoves, lanterns, camping chairs, and more. Our inventory is carefully curated to ensure you have everything you need for a successful camping trip.
Is there a minimum or maximum rental period?
Yes, the minimum rental period is 1 day and there is no maximum rental period. However, we do offer discounted rates for longer rental durations.
Can I rent camping equipment for a group or family trip?
Absolutely! We cater to both solo adventurers and groups/families. We have equipment available in various sizes to accommodate your specific needs.
Do you provide delivery and pickup services?
Yes, we offer free same day delivery of your rental products within Calgary and pickup services at an additional $30 charge within Calgary. Additional fees may apply outside the city limits .
What happens if I damage the equipment during the rental period?
Accidents can happen, and we understand that. A Credit Card and a pre-authorized payment is required upon checkout in case of damages or loss. Once the equipment has been returned and checked, the deposit will be returned. Please Note: If the equipment is damaged or lost and the costs exceed the security deposit, the Renter will be charged the additional amount on their credit card.
Can I make changes to my rental reservation?
Yes, you can modify your reservation subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours before the rental start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Do you offer any additional services or outdoor gear for purchase?
Yes, we offer a selection of camping accessories and outdoor gear available for purchase. From Mosquito Repellants to additional Batteries, we've got you covered!
How do I clean the equipment before returning it?
We appreciate your efforts to keep the equipment in good condition. Please wipe down any dirt or debris and make sure it's dry before returning it. Our team will handle the rest of the cleaning process.
Can I extend my rental period if I decide to stay longer on my camping trip?
Yes, you can extend your rental period, subject to equipment availability. Note, you will be charged the daily rate for the rentals products per day if you decide to extend your stay. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an extension.
Can I rent camping equipment for an event or special occasion?
Absolutely! We cater to various events, such as music festivals, family reunions, and corporate outings. Contact us with the details of your event, and we'll be happy to assist you with your rental needs.
Are your camping equipment rentals suitable for all seasons?
Yes, we offer camping gear suitable for different weather conditions and seasons. Whether you're camping in the summer or winter, we have the right equipment to keep you comfortable.
Is it necessary to make a reservation in advance, or can I walk in and rent equipment on the spot?
In order for us to reserve stock, it is necessary that you make your reservation in advance and payment is made before we can schedule a pickup or delivery. Please note: Our pickup location is an office and does not offer retail walk in services.
Are there any age restrictions for renting camping equipment?
Renters must be at least 18 years old to rent camping equipment. If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian can make the reservation on your behalf.
Can I rent camping equipment for a backpacking trip?
Yes, we offer lightweight and compact camping gear suitable for backpacking adventures. Let us know your specific requirements, and we'll ensure you have the right equipment for your trip.
Are pets allowed in the rental camping equipment?
We love our furry friends, but to ensure the comfort of all our customers, we have a strict no-pets policy inside the rental equipment.
How can I make payment for my rental reservation?
All orders require payment in full upon checkout. This includes the damage deposit.

If you order via phone, we can process your payment over the phone or we can send you a secure email link where you can pay for your order.
